First Post Op Dr Visit

Went to my first post op appointment today. Dr. said whatever I am doing to keep doing it, because I doing so well. I go back in 3 weeks for my first fill, if I feel like I need it. with the plication, I dont seem to have problems with my portion control, although I do get pretty hungry, I get full real fast too. So far so good.

What are you doing that has your dre office so impressed? I went to my first post op appt today and left feeling sorts like, "what do i do now?" Ha.

I had plication with my band too, but I still have quite an appetite. Kinds hummed about that. The nurse I met with today (thought I was seeing my surgeon!) told me to come back in 5 weeks and not expect a first fill for 3-4 months! Yikes!!! That scares the heck out of me... I can do alot lot of damage in that amount of time. :(
