LAP-BAND Patients

My nutritionist recommended 80-100 oz. I bought a plastic Starbucks bottle that holds 20 ounces and pretty much drink all day long. Most days I can hit the goal but others I'm just not thirsty.

I was told 64 oz. I'm a nurse practitioner, if I can't drink 100 oz of water a day, then I wouldn't ask my patients to either.

Thank for your input....I do try hard to get it in but it is very challenging. Someone told me it is flushing my fat? It that even possible?
