The Number On The Scale

The other day I sent Kate my nurtioist a whiney email about gaining 2 lbs I then followed up that email with a vist to her and she said you look great then sent me this.

The number on the scale will not tell you

* what a great person you are

* how much your freinds and faimily love you

* That you are Kind, smart, Funny & Amazing in ways numbers cannot define

* that you have the power to choose happness

* Your own self worth

So just relex take a breath it just a number your doing great

LAP-BAND Patients

Hi Lauracat:

it's Corey

it is amazing how sometimes we can get sooo caught up with the number on the scale. I've gained 7 pounds. It does not matter that I got my cycle this week and I know that most of this is water weight. I don't like the number I see on the scale either. I know that most of it will go away after my cycle resolves and some of it is cuz I've been unable to work out.

I vow not to step on the scale till i've been working out for a week, easier said then done.

In other news Shawn finished the tunic he started to make me a month ago. he had to take it in in several places. This weight loss journey can be amazing and so frustrating at times. Keep up the good work laura you are doing great.

Oh I have another apointment in walpole on friday august 24th @11am would you like to meet at the coffe shop after my apointment if your schedule allows?

Somehow I missed this post. Thanks for sharing that.. you are right the scale is only a very small part of the BIG picture. Sounds like you have a great nutritionist!
