Tummy Rumbles

Day 14...My burning question is....How long before my "bottom stomach" stops rumbling? I can be full, but I still get that hungry rumbling. Otherwise, all is good. It's time to mow the yard. I think I'm physically OK to do it...I just don't want to! But I must or people will wonder what's up, and I still have kept this a secret from most people.

I was banded 09/21/11 and I still get hunger rumbles even though I'm not hungry.

Once you start eating your meals on a regular basis the rumbling subsides. Some mornings, like today, when I have coffee and wait to have breakfast my rumbles. Be careful mowing the lawn, maybe you could pay one of the kids in the neighbor hood to help. If you do mow just watch the pushing and pulling, you are still in recovery stage. As far as not telling others I understand, none of us want to be under a microscope while we are learning how to adjust to the band. Good luck to you.
