My Journey...

Not sure what to say or do, so here goes...I got banded about 4 weeks ago and I am down a total of 23 pounds (preop lost 11 and the rest since surgery). I am truly excited about what my future holds as I am 1/4 of the way to my goal weight. The holidays weren't as challenging as I thought so I know that if I made it past Thanksgiving, the rest of this year should be a breeze. Next week is my first appointment with my surgeon since surgery and that is my first fill day. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Anxious and curious...
