Day 6.. and feeling GREAT!!

I can't believe I feel this good, this soon. Started full liquids on Friday. The first day was a little rocky. But, by the end of the evening I think I figured it out. It will be nice to get some energy. I'm over being tired so quickly. :P Started the treadmill yesterday(day 5), only did 10mins @1.2mph.. I know don't get all excited now.. I didn't want to push it, cause i have been feeling that good. Today, I did 10 mins in the morning, and 20 mins this evening. This evening I bumped it up to 1.4mph and that was enough. Tomorrow I plan on doing 2/20mins walks.

My meals for the next 2 weeks consist of these simple things.

 

Breakfast - 4oz Carnation Instant (sugar free) Chocolate powder w/1/2 cup skim milk

 

Between - water and 8oz protein shake (Worldwide pure protein, 35 grams protein, 4 grams carbs)

 

Lunch - 4oz fat free yogurt

 

Between - water and 8oz protein shake

 

Dinner - 4oz low fat cream soup( I think I made it to thick yesterday, so I'll be thinning it down today)

 

and then of course more WATER WATER WATER.....:D
