Live Alone

I don't live alone. However, when I came home, I stayed on my dad's side of the house (duplex) to be alone. (LOL) I have 4 children and it can be a litte loud at times. I spent my days alone resting and trying to get everything down as far as the liquids and counting how much protein for the first 4 days. It was just so new to me. I did just fine. I didn't need anyone to help take care of me. If your procedure is pretty uneventful, you should be fine. However, I would have a back up person just to check in with you to see if you need anything of if you have any issues. Good luck with everything!

I do live alone. I had someone drive me home. They stayed with me for about 20 minutes and then i was on my own. I had people calling to check on me but I was good by myself. I went shopping to make sure I had everything that I needed. I also gave someone the key in case there were any complications.

I was fine even went to the mall the very next day shopping. Just be careful about lifting and carrying anything heavy. Good Luck
