Question

For those of you that have had surgery and is losing weight what type of support under garments do you wear. I know once I start losing I will be jiggling all over. For example, Spanx, Body Magic. Something not too expensive because my size will be changing rapidly. Trying to think positive. Thanks for your help.

Target Control granny panties. But here is a hint. Wear them at night too. I've had a funny experience without them in pjs (tummy tuck in my future). Love them! Best of luck to you..........

LAP-BAND Patients

I haven't added anything . . I don't feel anymore jiggley than I did before surgery. I am walking a lot, I suppose that is helping. I'm not sure if I'll get to the point of needing something . .I still have my big 'ol belly, it seems to really hang on. My arms, hands, legs are all feeling/looking smaller, and I know my belly IS smaller, it's just not coming down as much as I would like . . patience, patience! I was banded 7/15/10 and have lost 39 pounds (that includes pre-op weight loss of 10 pounds) Best wishes!
