First Fill

Yesterday I had my post op appointment and first fill. I have to say that for someone who has a very high tolerance for pain, it hurt a little! Or I guess I should say, it stung. Even after she was done, I could feel it stinging. She said I already had 3 ccs in the band so she put another .5 ccs in. I'm back on liquids for 2 days, but I'm okay with it, it's Africa hot outside, so fluids are good!

I'm still down 20 lbs overall, but I can tell that my clothes are fitting me better, so maybe the scale isn't moving, but my body is changing. Today I put on my size 16 shorts and they fit! Unfortunately, they are white, so I only have a few more days until Labor Day...heck...I'm no fashionista...I just may wear them into October! LOL!

White after Labor Day...Oh My! My Mother would cringe..lol My Mom brings out her Winter White after Labor Day...Gotta Love it:) My first fill last week hurt a little too. I think our port area is still a little tender. Good Luck with your fill:)

I too had my first fill yesterday. I recieved 4.5 cc's in a 10 cc band. I haven't really felt much of a difference.

I can't say that the needle bothered me as much then as it did after. My port sight, needle sight were sensitive all day yesterday.

I am going back tomorrow for a little bit more. I am not really feeling any restriction.
