been on track

so happy because i feel back on track lately. last month i was 220 and struggling..now im down between 211 and 212 and havent scen that 220 ever since. i hated that number..so im very excited its finally gone and for good. so i have my dr appt friday..feelin confident that its going to be a good visit..i was stuck for so long that my dr is going to be thrilled!!

well today was pretty good. had a good breakfast: protein shake

snack:chicken broth

lunch:weight watchers smartone.

dinner:grilled cheese.

i fell asleep after work (im up at 4am), i hate that because then i feel i dont wana do anything else for the rest of the evening and it keeps me up later than i should be at night. but i moved my ass tonight and went out and walked and got my exercise in..and i didnt half ass it..walked for 50 mins..so all in all im very happy with the day:smile2:
