260 how I hate you!

264.8, 262.2, 263.6. I cant get below 260.

I am not doing well with my weight loss. 5 weeks post op and not losing really any weight. I always level out at 260 and have for 3 years. I hate 260, I want to weigh 250 something or 240 something, but not freaking 260 something.

So tired of seeing that number!!!!

Have you had your first fill? I know that between 3-5 weeks out, I was ravenous! At 5 weeks, I had my first fill and it really helped.

Good luck to you!

Lovelife! I completely understand where you're coming from...I just got off of a plateau that seemed to last forever. With your first fill comes a lot of help...hang in there! It's worth it.

You won't be seeing it for long.

It feels like forever when you are going through it, but trust me soon you'll be reading back through your blogs and trying to remember why you posted that! Our bodies don't seem to follow the rules of simple science -- 3500 calories less in than out = a pound lost. But lots of factors contribute to that. Stick to your plan, try to cut yourself a break, and try not to weigh for another week. You'll get there, and we'll be there with you all the way :-)

Maybe you have to look at what your eating.,....I find that any bread base food (crackers, pretzels, bread) can slow down the process....Rember to count your calories(no more than 1000 to 1200 per day.....including your drinks...) Good luck!!!
