Well, it does not feel like I was in pain last Saturday this time. I was barely moving and was just feeling blah!! What a difference a week makes. I'm down a total on 12lbs since my surgery date. My total loss is 24lbs since I started the pre op diet. Yay!!! I get to try some pudding and applesauce today, I'm soooo excited. I'm kind of scared to eat anything though:eek:. I hope to be posting good news next week since I'm able to move a little more now I can begin to walk more. I really appreciate all of the support I have received here!!! Have a Great Day all :rolleyes2:!!

Isn't it funny how quickly you recover from this surgery? Keep up your great weight loss. Don't be afraid of eating, you have to start somewhere. Just listen to your body and stop eating when you feel comfortable. I find putting my fork down between bites helps. My biggest problem is the 64 oz of fluid. But that will become a habit too. Enjoy your journey.

Cami - I too am 8 days post op. I am amazed how I feel Kind of like I didn't even have surgery. I cleaned today even vacumed with no issues. 1 week makes all the difference in the world.

Congrats on your weight loss. I'm down 12 pounds also but I have been doing protein shakes and puddings/yogurt for a couple of days now. My downfall is I feel hungry and have since about day 3 post op. I've been really good with sticking to the liquids but my engergy really boosted up once I put in a few more calores.

Congratulations to you for your 12 pounds!!!!!!!
