Today was my surgery day. I received a phone call at 6:15am and was informed that it had been posted poned. My surgeon had an emergency. I was so disappointed. Although still ready to move forward...I wonder is this a sign not to precede with surgery?????:)

    No way, it's not a sign to not have the surgery!! I'm vry sorry to hear your surgery is postponed, though! When did they reschedule it?

    My surgery was yesterday morning. Feeling pretty good so far! You will be fine. :) Waiting is the worst part!

    Things happen with surgeons, it will be rescheduled and you'll be happy and peaceful with your decision to go through with it. I agree with maggs, the waiting is harder than the actual procedure, and once its done -- YEAH!!! You have a great weight loss tool at your "fingertips". Good luck and God bless.

    Yes, I would be so disappointed if I were you, but don't take it as a sign! I hope they reschedule immediately...chin up ....this is a whole new life for you!
