Hello band family So I need your guy's help please! I have been banded since Dec 08, 2009 and I have only lost 11 to 15 lbs and have had one fill. I need help give me ideas please on how to eat and what to do I'm alwas hungry HELP guy's thanks

Sounds like you need another fill. I just had my first one and I feel no difference in restriction. It may take a few to get it right.

Why only one fill...especially because you know you're still hungry between meals? It took me four fills to get to my sweet spot. -BG

Well first they could not find my port it was to the side. I went about 3weeks ago to have another fill and she told me to wait another month. At times i think why did i do this if it's not working for me. I read everyones post on here and it makes me sad cause I'm still on step one.....

What are you eating? Are you eating enough protein, that's what makes you feel full.

Sounds like you need more fills.. go back every 2 to 3 weeks til you get restriction, You need to keep up with your fills to work the band like it's suppose to do.
