i had a fill on the 2nd. total of 4ccs in a 10 cc band.

 

i was just eating mashed potatoes, nice and slow. was about to take another bite when i realize that i could eat it...or i could leave it because i actually feel FULL.

 

i left it. :thumbup:

congrats. How long post op are you? I had surgery on the 8th of this month and honestly I am sooo hungry, I havent had a fill yet its too soon and im not sure what I can eat as my filler. Im glad you stopped when full, I always thought that this was gonna be a obstacle for me havent gotten there yet. Good Luck!
