"I'm sorry, I almost didn't recognize you!"

That's what I heard today! LOL - it was like music to my ears. As the rest of the group chimed in on how much I'm losing. YAY ME - YAY MY BAND... Have I mentioned how much I love my band? lol

I went to feed the homeless this morning and one of my staff members from church walked right past me - then stopped drew back with a stunned expression and said "Oh HIIII" I just said hi back and went on about what I was doing. Then later at choir practice, the same lady was said "I'm sorry about early, you're losing so much weight I almost didn't recognize you." Then the rest of the ladies chimed in as well... HAPPY DAY!!! HAPPY ME...HAPPY BAND! YAY FOR MY BAND!

I know we're doing this for ourselves...but it is oh so nice to hear isn't it? Congrats!!!

Awesome! A lady at my Jazzercise class came up to me after class and said 'you have REALLY lost a lot of weight' and it made my day. My scale has not budged for awhile so I have to get by on compliments and NSVs until my next fill. ;->

YAY YOU!!! Funny part is that lady is probably signing up for extra jazzercise classes, not knowing what you're doing LOL.. but I feel you on the NSVs cause the scale isn't moving..well actually I wouldn't know because I didn't go to the Dr's yesterday - which is pretty much the ONLY time I weigh myself.. guess I'll just rely on the scale at the gym.

But I was able to buy shirts at Target yesterday which for me is a BIG deal, their dresses I could fit on a normal basis but their shirts and t-shirts were NOT happening... I bought one yesterday in rush and it fit great so YAY for losing inches!

I JUST LOVE MY BAND TOO!!! I just love it when people say nice things to me. It really helps to make my day. I am going to speak to a group of new or LB interested group tomorrow night I am so nervous about this. I am so proud of my journey and how I have helped myself to better health with this LB. It is a way of life for me now. I never step on a scale unless I am at the Dr.s Office. I am trying to have this journey not be about the numbers, but about my health. When people ask Oh how much have you lost I have to say when I lasted weighed myself it was 97 pounds and I am still in shock every time I say this!!!! Jump for joy Best wishes imaluckydog
