The Ongoing CPAP Saga

Today I got a phone call at work from "Lincare" calling to set up an appt to fit me with a "BiPap". The first opening was 3/17! I explained that I'm only doing this as a condition for surgery which is scheduled for 3/9. Magically, they're able to see me on 3/4 and even more incredible - they already have my insurance info and plan # - excuse me, isn't that my private info to disclose?

Hopefully I can lease rather than buy something I doubt I'll use beyond my surgery date.

You see greedy these companies can be. So they are going to still charge you for this machine and you can only use it for a few days. Well just goes to show what they will do for the dollar bill.........lol

Give it a try. You might like it and use it longer than you think. I stumbled onto the CPAP thing also on my way to Lap Banding. At first I thought it was a waste of money also, but against all odds, I really like it and sleep better with it. I hope to not need it forever, but it has come in handy for now.
