Hunger Wall

The last two days have reminded me why I want to get banded. I have been working super hard on losing this required 15 pounds before surgery and I hit the hunger wall yesterday. I ate and ate went to the gym though and this morning had gained 2 pounds. UGH. So I let myself continue with the eating day and went to the store tonight and will start hitting it hard again tomorrow. I have 2 weeks to lose 5 pounds I know I can do that!!!

You can do it! I was banded on 12/28 and had to do the diet through Christmas and we went to several Christmas parties, which was pure torture! My surgeon had me do 2 protein shakes a day and 2 low carb meals. The instructions said eat until full not stuffed. I really think the low carb helps you to not be hungry. You can definitly lose 5 lbs in two weeks. You are doing the right thing by going to the gym. My Dr said basically they are just trying to flush all of the fat from your liver and exercise does help that. Good Luck!
