Feeling Discouraged and Concerned

I have been banded since 2005 and have had a 50 lb. weight loss..60 lbs to go. Things have slowed down tremendously and I have heartburn and acid reflux now. My fills are becoming uncomfortable. I need some advice or encouragement.....anyone???

What are you eating? What food choices are you making? Have you been checked for slippage? Acid reflux is a sign of it... Fills are uncomfortable how? there's more information required to really be of any help.

Thanks for your response. I know my food choices could be better, but not the point that my weight loss should have stopped. I am going to doctor on Jan. 13 to decide if I need the barium test. The fills are uncomfortable in the sense that it seems to take a long time to get into the port and I feel the needle pinching inside my stomach.
