After careful consideration...

I've decided In-n-out protein style with no cheese or spread is on my pre-op diet.

Ofcourse I didn't think to remove the cheese or spread until after.. but that's ok...I'm still good with it.

That will be all.

Why remove the cheese? it's protein.

I might just have to try this myself. I don't have a pre-op diet rqmt from my surgeon, but I've made it a personal goal to just stay away from starches this last week and drink at least 8 big glasses of water per day. Oh, and replace my b-fast w/a protein shake since I don't really care about b-fast anyway.

What's in and out protein style?

stl2atl07 - "In-n-out protein style" is a "hamburger" from In-N-Out (West coast burger chain - best burgers in the world!) but without the bun - wrapped in lettuce instead. The spread is their famous sauce (like 1000-Island) but their secret recipe.

Just some FYI stuff - In-N-Out serves only hamburgers and cheeseburgers with varying amounts of cheese and meat. But there are something like 600 ways you can get a burger there. So the protein style, while not on the menu, is just one of the many ways to get the burger.

Hope this helps...
