QUESTION: Woke up with Restriction

I am able to eat anything and everything in high quantities, the only thing stopping me is will power, which I was very low on. Then woke up two days ago with restriction and the inability of eating more than a cup of food at a time without pain. What gives? Anyone have an answer to this strange occurance? Is it strange?:cool2:
