:cool:Today has been a little bit easier. When I say a little bit easier, I mean just that. Its hard not to eat when you have two children and a husband to feed at night. I think I can, I think I can!!

    Stephaney, I feel your pain. That is what scares me the most about this whole journey. I have a wife and 3 girls and I am the cook, not going to be easy. They will just have to eat healthy and going to cook smaller portions. I am on liquid pre op diet now and surgery on the 1st of Dec. Stay strong and focused. You can do it!!
