2nd day post surgery

Today saw improvement in the incision area but had a little problem with gas/bloating so it was harder to get in liquids. I keep walking circles in around the house and it does seem to help. All in all I have a positive outlook and know that each day will be a little better. Tomorrow I can have the regular protien shakes instead of the clear protien drinks. That may help a little to as I find the isopure a litte sweet. Meanwhile I'm using this time off from work as time to clear my head mentally as well as physically. :smile2:

I am on my 3rd day Post-op. I feel a little better everyday, the gas I have is my only problem, I am not feeling much pain and I have not been hungry; which is good. I've been trying to get my water in during the day, but it has been hard . been told by the PA, to get in 7 to 8 glasses a day.
