Can't believe that it has almost been 4 weeks since my surgery. I lost a lot that first week and a half and then it all came to a screeching halt! I actually gained a few pounds which was really frustrating when I was eating so little. I quit weighing every day coz I was making myself crazy-darn hormones....low and behold I got on the scale today and had lost back those 3 plus an extra! Finally. Hopefully it will continue to drop off before another plateau comes along! Was hoping to be in Onederland by Christmas...21 lbs to go...hmmmm. We'll see. I'm anticipating my first fill in a couple of weeks which is kind of scary.....all in all everything is going well!:huh2:

I AM ALSO ABOUT 4 WEEKS OUT...AND I HAD TO PUT THE SCALE AWAY CUZ I WAS CHECKING EVERY DAY AND YES, THERE WERE MORNING WHEN I GAINED!! SO FAR I HAVE LOST ABOUT 15LBS BUT I CANT SEE IT YET. WE HAVE TO TAKE IT SLOW AND HAVE FAITH..

I am barely eating only cottage cheese and fish and veggies and the weight is at a stand still!!

I was banded on sept 28th i lost twenty five pounds but that has come to a halt.i was told this was normal? we just need to stick together
