I'm here.....PMS...I'm sure. I feel depressed and going through my mood swings. I feel like I don't have anyone to lift me up.

Ding ding ding ding my girlfriend Linda.....I miss her......:think . That is partially what's wrong with me. I don't have her to talk to anymore. We would talk just about everyday.

I read yesterday's entry of up a lb - now hear this (lol) you know you are probably gaining muscle girl - and muscle weighs more than fat! (did that help? well I tried........lol)

Seriously - don't worry about a lb - keep doing what you've been doing - you ARE successful and I know that anonymous friends here are not the same as a real friend --- I'm so sorry for the loss of such a great friend! I know she is looking down at you from heaven - sending love to you daily
