Day 11 post op - OOPS what happened there ?

I had been out shopping today when I got home I came in through my front door which is very unusual for us country folk we always use the back door ...anyway on the way in I brushed up against the door my shirt caught on the key so I brushed my hand down my front and relised I had opened up my port hole opening didn't hurt but shocked the pants off me :thumbup: ....... anyway I got some sterile dressing clamped it closed and went off to the local Emergency Department as I live 2.5 hours from my surgeon......they fixed me up and sent me on my way..... I spoke with the surgeons office on the way to the hospital and they advised me this can sometimes happen so I am not stressed about it I will call them Monday to see if I need to go for a drive and have him look at it for me.
On a lighter note I am doing really well I have vowed not to weigh myself until my doctors visit on yhe 27th October but the temptation is just about killing me .... my clothes are getting looser and looser people are already commenting so all is good this end.:biggrin:
