I was so tired after a busy day in the garden on Sunday that I thought I would sleep like log and wake refreshed .... but fat chance of that I woke at 1.30 am wide eyed and could not get back to sleep .....I finally got up a t 5.30 am to prepare for the 3 hour drive to Melbourne ...... Went for my second Fill last week Down another couple of Kilo's that makes 19.9KG I'm very happy with that I think I am nearly at my sweet spot, I'm not hungry between meals and I chew chew chew until I have nothing but mush to swallow so I can still eat anything I like .....I have'nt had any trouble so far and hopefully it will stay that way as I would still like to be able to eat all foods just in smaller portions. WOW what can one say? I started this journey with a view to not weighing myself between doctors visits so as to not sabotage myself with the daily fluctuations in weight (only one sneek peek to set up my ticker LOLL)....
