Can someone send me info on how to get a ticker and how to have it posted with your blogs? I cant seem to figure it out......thanks!

    Go to www.tickerfactory.com. then create your weightloss ticker. then you will copy the url and add it to your signature under your profile. that should work for you. message me if you have any problems
