just asking if sugar free jello is ok to eat after you been banded?? and any experiences you had....good or bad...please let me no...thanks

It's ok after you've been banded...For me, after the pre-op diet...I CAN'T STAND the sight of it...YUCK!!!!

If you like it it's a great snack for just 5 to 10 calories.

:tt2:Yes, Jello is going to become your new best friend. I find I like it less cold than staight out of the frig. Kind of weird for me because I have always been a nut for cold as cold and hot as hot. No middle ground.
