Received my approval from insurance and surgery scheduled for September 24th. I'm excited but nervous also. Was told I needed to start Pre Op diet on 10th and curious if anyone has every tried Optium Nutrion Protein Mix by Whey? Just wondering if any good and what flavor do you recommend.

    Hi..I was approved last week and my surgery is scheduled for Sept. 14th..I am excited and nervous too....I started my 2 week diet yesterday..I am on sugar free carnation instant breakfast
