I was always a healthy weight until my mid to late 20's... after 8 pregnancies I was overweight and struggled to lose more than 20 pounds of the 100+ I had put on...I am currently at my heaviest and get winded going up the stairs..I feel useless and like a blob... I am looking forward to getting heathy with some help from the band...i know it will not be easy but I am ready for the challenge and look forward to my success! Only I can do this for me and I am ready!
