2 week appointment

Well I just got done with my two week appointment. I am now on solid foods, but I am a little nervous to eat solids. I guess since I have been to use to drink liquids and soft foods I am just not sure how my body is going to react when I try to eat solid food. I am down five more lbs. I am also starting to workout with a personal trainer at the gym. I think it will help me alot with my weightloss goal. Well i have to get to class but I hope everybody has a great day and a great week. Keep up the good work.
