So anxious

Tomorrow is my seminar for the lap band. I went to one of these a few years ago, but the surgons office said I had to attend before I can make an appointment with them.

I've been wishing, hoping, and praying that I can get through this process quickly. I would like to be banded by the end of October, but in reality, I think it will be closer to the end of December. I've been doing WW for 5 months, and I can only hope they will accept that as the "failed diet" so I dont have to be on a 6 month supervised one.

I've made a wish list of things I wanna do when I'm thin, and I'll probably post them here. I have a journal but I think people here would understand more since we're all going through the same thing.

Anyway, I'll update this tomorrow on how the seminar went. If anyone reads this wish me luck :cursing:

LAP-BAND Patients

I wish you lots of LUCK!!!! You will do fine. It sure is a process and a journey I must say. We have all been there at one point or another. Best wishes to you. For me the most impt. thing get your insurance to approve the surgery so you do not have to wait any longer than you have too. I was lucky enough I went early by a month because I had all pre op stuff done, anything can happen. imaluckydog
