Hard time eating

It has been 2 weeks since my last fill. I am really having a hard time eating, but am getting in small meals so I think it might be okay.

I had mexican last night and it made me vomit. I just ate some chips and queso and a half of an enchilada. I was in the bathroom within minutes of finishing. It was a very bad food choice and I will not do that again.

I am still learning to eat with the band and small meals. For the first 3 months of the band I did not really have any restrictions and I could eat anything. Now that I am close or at my sweet spot I really have to watch what I eat. So that is good because my weight is starting to come off a little at a time.

I am joining the gym next week. I have to pay for the year up front to get the good deal, so I am saving up a few weeks before joining. I was on a free trial for a while, but that has run out. I miss going and noticed that I am not sleeping as well as I was when I was working out... oh well. I will join soon.

It is 100 degrees F in Houston today!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crying:

HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:target: Wish I was at the pool today!

Anyway I hope everyone is doing okay and I would love to hear from you... keep up the great work everyone!!!!!

After my 4th fill 3 weeks ago, I am having trouble with bread on & off. It would get stuck. I kept telling myself I won't do it again, but this is my 4th time. It hurts and I"m in fact going through it right now waiting for it to pass or come up. I had to induce it a few times 2 weeks ago. I need to make better food choices..

I do well drinking "EAS Edge" protein shakes twice a day and a meal in evening or lunch. That's the best for me. But, I have been eating 'anything' past almost 2 months. Time to stop eating sweets and junk food. I NEVER went back on sodas & anything carbonated, which is great. Whenever I don't feel like drinking protein shakes, I be sure I eat protein food like hamburger pieces, chickenn, bacon, etc. I was told not to worry about calories..It's the protien I have to be sure I consumer daily. I have not excercised yet, but I do walk a lot at work back & forth fast and lift...I need to start working out, which I hope to do over the late summer. The more weight you have to lose, the faster you will lose weight firstlady Taylor. Hang in there.

Until I got to my 4th or 5th fill I could eat almost anything... I was really frustrated until then. I eat skinless boneless chicken thighs from the grocery store a lot. They are a bit more moist than the breast and taste so much better. I can only eat a half of one now, but I used to be able to eat almost 2 of them. Also try bagged frozen veggies. Cook them really well so they are soft. I am not a big cook so I try to find easy fast things to make at home. Try very hard not to eat out at all.

Keep up the great work and you will do great!!!!
