Had lapband 8/26/04 with starting weight of 378. After year and half lost to 248 then gained after that to 270-275 and stayed there for 9 years. May 8, 2015 I lost all restriction in the band. Instead of fixing the band (slipped up to bottom of my esophagus) I chose to covert to sleeve. Consultation weight on June 1 was 285. Surgery weight was 272 on July 7, 2015.
