As I was approaching 40 years old and pondering the next diet to get me back to my 'normal weight', I realized that I've spent the better part of my life dieting and regaining.  My initial thought was that I didn't need anything as drastic as WLS because I could do it myself but the drivers of weight issues are as deeply rooted as other addictions.  I decided to call my insurance company to see if it was covered out of curiosity and it went from there.  I was set up with meeting dates with the NUT, PSY and group sessions.  My husband has been very supportive so I decided to go for it or I'd regret for the next ten years of diets.  I'm getting sleeved on 6-23.  Yaaaay!!!
