Hello,
My name is Amy, I am 42yrs old ( ok I will be 42 in 5days, but who is counting) . I am a born and raised California girl Who decide to move Nebraska 5 yrs ago. I lived in Los Angeles for 15yrs working in the entertainment business before I packed up and moved, I now work for a grain company. ( I know crazy different)  I am a total Disney, theatre, Country music, Movie, Travel loving Nerd!  I am a huge kid at heart!! I have a true belief that age is an attitude not a number.  I have the best Friends and Family a person can ask for.  If you want to know anything else just ask.
 My weight lose journey started when I was about 8. That is when I can remember going on my first diet.  I have been over weight my whole life. I would lose it then gain it back, At my heaviest I was about 320 pounds.  In October of 2008 I got my lapband. I LOVE it. I had great success with it. Lost over 100 pounds and was down to 175.  But in 2011 I have my first band slippage, they had to remove all the fluid from my band so I had no restriction. I gain about 60pounds back.  Slippage corrected it self and they filled my band again so I had restriction. I was able to take some of the weight I gained off but not all of it. I am still struggling.  In the last year I have had even more problems with slippage,  So I am having my band removed and a having gastric sleeve surgery.  I do not have a surgery date yet. (But hoping soon.)
