Hello I have been looking for a good responsive forum, I hv been having trouble with finding a good one that embraces newbees. I am 48 yrs old and decided to have my VSG Sleeve 3-24-15 . The surgery went well and I am looking for support as I learn to nourish my new body understanding thru otjers who hv been where I am now. The advice and questions dont always require a call to mds ofc. I know i am losing weight but unsure how much since i dont hv a scale.I love the small portions, look forward to continuing my journey with you! Thnx SheilaP.s.
