Hi. I've had my surgery (Gastric Bypass) on the 4th October 2014, a few days after my 40th birthday.It's early days and I am still a bit scared of all the changes but also I am thrilled to be the lightest I have been in 4 years. It's a long journey and I know I'm just starting!I found BariatricPal on my 4th day post surgery and reading the forums got me through some difficult days. Thank you!
