Susan Gurley Kiser

My name is Susan and I'm 48 yrs old with three adult daughter's. I've been heavy or as some say "stocky" my whole life. My mother was always heavy and left this world 6 years ago at a relatively young age of 66 from complications of diabetes. I've just started this weight loss journey because I want to be healthy!! My highest weight was 286 and I'm currently at 271. I work in retail and expect to have to work another 20 yrs until I can retire so it will be nice to have less pain in my joints from working on the concrete floors. I'm just a simple country girl that enjoys the outdoors and I believe if I lose weight and get healthy then I can live longer and enjoy my life!
