[size=5]Weightloss surgery is something I've considered for years now. Growing up I wasn't overweight, I got married straight out of high school and started a family right away, they weight started to come on and through life, business and situations, it just kept coming. Now it is necessary due to the health problems I am having to carry this weight around to have the surgery. I started the process about 5 years ago only to lose my insurance, when I found out my insurance I have now covered the surgery I jumped right back in. I met some one about a month ago that had just had their weight loss surgery the week before, and I guess talking to her was what I needed to push me head first in the direction of following through, she invited me to a support group meeting, met others, heard their stories, a week later met with my surgeon. Now a month later I have my clearances from all my dr's my psych eval is complete, and now I'm just waiting for a surgery date!... All seems to be happening fast I have supportive friends and family. Can't wait to see what the future holds, for once in so long, I am optimistic about my future.[/size]
