I decided to have the surgery when my daughter decided to have hers. I thought it would benefit both of us to go through this journey together. I have very bad knees and hope that I can lose enough weight to have knee replacement in the future. So far I have felt wonderful. I don't know if it is not having the sugars and carbs or if it is all in my head but I feel better than I have in years. I sleep better, have tons of energy and just a better outlook over all. I truly wish I could have done this years ago. I am looking forward to even more good results in the future.
