I am having the gastric sleeve surgery on July 28, 2014 with Dr. Carlin at Henry Ford Detroit. I am so excited that my date is almost here! I am using fitbit and sparkpeople to lose my 10lbs. pre-op weight. I have been trying to do at least 1 mile everyday. I am nervous about my protein and liquid diet starting on July 21st. I am happy I found this site to talk to others who are going through what I am! It is nice to know you are not alone in this!
