My name is Cynthia. I had Bariatric sleeve surgery February 19, 2014. I'm down forty five pounds and three pant sizes. I'm able to walk a mile and a half now where as before surgery my feet and back bothered me too much. I've been able to eliminate my blood pressure pill and change to a lower dose of my diabetes medication.
My greatest challenge has been learning when to eat and drink to get my protein and water requirements met but I'm learning each day.
