had my surgery on Sept. 6,2012 after I had been walking and doing wii fit. right now I am walking 8 miles a day either by outside walking (weather permitting) or at the Salem YMCA on a treadmill. I have also started weight circuit training.
I do weight training 3 days a week and cardio 5 days a week.
I will be seeing my doctor/surgeon in March and will find out weather I will be having extra skin removed. I have so much hanging all over my body. mainly in the belly area. It has shrunk some but I really do not see it all going away on its own.
