I have struggled with weight for years. I finally decided that the diets, gym memberships and starvation was not working. I spoke with several people who had various Bariatric surgeries and finally decided on the LapBand surgery. I had it 4 years ago and lost 50 pounds.  In December of this year I had the band removed.  It was no longer working for me and and caused pain and constant food getting stuck.  I am going in to have the gastric sleeve done on July 20, 2016.  I am very nervous but excited and I pray that my weight loss journey will finally be complete.
