I have truggled with my weight since a teenager. My highest was 92 kilos. I had surgery at 86 kilos and got down yo 63 kilos. I am struggling at the moment and have gone up to 78 kilos. I do not exercise regularly but can't understand why I eat because I am not hungry. It should be so easy for me.
