Just like everyone else I decided that enough was enough! I was tired of going shopping with my daughter and seeing all the cute "skinny" clothes that I sooo wish I could fit into. I was banded 5/3/10 and I already feel GREAT! It was hard for me to lose weight because of my back. Lets just say I have a few rods and screws in my back which isn't very comfortable and not easy to excersice. I have tried all the diets and I would lose but went back to my old habits again. I'm not afraid to say that I couldn't lose weight on my own. I NEEDED the Lap Band and I really beleive it is the best thing I ever did for myself!!!
