  11. I'm a few weeks out and had a glass of Coke Zero. No effects but that's not to say that many people don't have discomfort. The caffeine acts as a diuretic. Make sure you are getting all your liquids in. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  24. Perhaps some tomato Soup if that is allowed per your doctor recommended diet? Some of those are low in calories, but I don't know about sugar/carbs/fat. Definitely check with your nutritionist.
