  3. I have the opposite problem...been on my period for a month now!! I wish it would stop!!! Its driving me crazy!
  4. I went shopping this weekend and didn't set foot in the plus size section! Loved it!!!!
  5. I had a huge hematoma after surgery and that area is now darker than my normal skin color....I hope it fades!
  6. Annoyed at my gynecologist now. I called the office yesterday and the nurse said she'd have the doctor call me and she never did. Probably should just ride it out and pray I stabilize soon! 2.5 weeks now on my period!

  8. I was also may 26 and have lost 48 lbs...I think you are doing great ...we are doing great! As long as the scale is still going down I am happy!!! I may start adding some light weight work to my walking routine to start firming up my jiggly arms. Lol
  9. I actually found a very low carb, high protein pasta at a farmers market near me. It was very expensive but with it to have a little with everyone else. It tasted decent too!
  10. I have a nexplanon implant and I am messed up too...going on week 2 of my period. I am beyond annoyed!!!

  13. I used smooth move tea for the first time last night and it did the trick with no bad cramping. Drank it before bed and when I woke up I went within a half hour.
  14. At my biggest incision in my belly button where they pulled the stomach out the doc must have nicked a small vessel...I had a ginormous bruise ....a month later and it is finally starting to fade...so hideous! My incisions are all closed little slits. Overall I think they will fade nicely. I have been purring bio oil on them.
  15. OK. I think the ones I bought don't have nuts or chunks of any kind..
  16. At what stage is it OK to eat protein bars? I am a month out and tolerating everything I have eaten so far. I am doing soft foods. I still do one protein shake a day and I am tiring of them. I bought some premier protein bars today but can't find in my diet documentation any mention of them...
  17. I was sleeved the 26 of may too and I am also in a stall. It is very frustrating. It seems crazy for the scale to stop moving when we eat so little. We have to trust that it is temporary and the losing will start back up! And no peanut butter is not a problem. Lol!
  18. Sounds so good. I wish I had a panera in my town...sigh
  19. I have one too at the site where they pulled the stomach out. I will start massaging it if that helps...
  20. I am in the same boat right now. It's just incredible to be that I only eat like 500 calories a day and I'm not losing this week. I want to get upset belut trying not too because I know everyone experiences it....just hard to understand...
